The support channel (support@grindinggear.com) is not functioning.
Is there any other contact method for GGG?
I sent an email to support@grindinggear.com but I've never received any response.

Do you want an auto replied response or a legit person to person? its in beta.. and they fget a few hundred thousand reports every few days.. so they more than likely have heard your response and your bug/glitch has been placed in a massive range vs the whole of majority who have reported similar, i wouldn't worry about it so much.. sometimes things get fixed without a response due to the popularity alone.
