Mapping Changes

Endgame Maps:
- Balance adjustment to monster density, chests, magic/rare monsters, Essences, Strongboxes, and Precursor Artifacts.
- Maps are now more rewarding and specialized in specific elements.

New Tower Maps:
- Added four new tower maps: Alpine Ridge, Sinking Spire, Bluff, and Mesa.
- Redesigned the Lost Towers map for improved gameplay.

Boss Spawn Rates:
- Increased boss spawn rates to reach the intended one-in-four map frequency.
- Added a new tablet to add bosses to maps with its own mod pool.

Strongboxes:
- Monsters now spawn faster.
- Reduced fog effect and adjusted mod timings/effects.

Visibility Improvements:
- Reduced clutter on maps to ensure effects are more visible.
- Enhanced visibility of elemental explosion effects and volatile plants before detonation.

UI and Performance:
- Increased zoom level on the Atlas.
- Improved load times for World Map and Atlas panel.
- Displayed map biome on hover.

Content and Rewards Adjustments

Delirium:
- Fixed bug causing Delirium monsters not to spawn after the start.
- Increased Simulacrum drop rate by 20%.

Ritual:
- Increased Omens appearance rate by 60% in Ritual tribute windows.

Expedition:
- Improved item rarity in Expedition shops.
- Future plans for further reward adjustments.

Boss and Pinnacle Content Changes

Citadel Bosses:
- Citadels now spawn closer to the Atlas center and are visible from farther away.
- Added respawn mechanics for Arbiter of Ash, allowing up to six respawn attempts.
- Higher difficulties lower respawn attempts.
- Adjusted Faradun boss difficulty for balance.

Monster/Boss Balance:

Adjusted abilities and damage output for specific monsters and bosses:
- Silverfist Commander: Reduced damage output.
- Plaguebearers: Can no longer use Detonate Dead off-screen.
- Forsaken Miners: Fewer grenades, better visuals, reduced damage.
- Lost Men Zealots: Cannot meteor off-screen anymore.

Item and Economy Updates

Uniques:
- Buffed low-level uniques to make them more impactful upon discovery.
- Adjusted higher-tier item mod weightings to reduce poor modifiers.
- Fixed bugs causing certain modifiers (e.g., attack speed and life) not to spawn.

Socketables:
- Runes and other socketables can now be overwritten with new ones.

Console-Specific Changes

- Enabled web-based item filters (from Path of Exile 1) for console players.
- Planned improvements to integrate filters into Path of Exile 2's system in the future.

Quality-of-Life Improvements

- Buffed Armor and Scavenged Plating stats.
- Added remaining-use counter and trigger effects for charms.
- Fixed music issues with Una in town.
- Various minor bug fixes and balance adjustments.

Honestly im so tired of everyone crying about difficulty and other nonsense. I can't believe the devs listened to the babies and streamers.

Just for me main difficulty is extremely low fps and freezes in battles(rtx 3080ti+i9 lol) and no word about to fix it

Most of this are for endgame
As I am not interested in endgame, Ithink theses changes are of no interest for I
Nothing about gear, loot and drop which are very little, very, very for example

The info we got so far is incomplete, I'd rather wait for actual patch notes from GGG.

how about one simple fix for rituals: don´t have trees and buildings spawn inside ritual sites. its already small space and you have no chance of moving out of anything when its full of clutter and stuff. I have started to skip rituals altogether has an unplayable part of the game.

They mentioned in the stream that they are working on crashes but some of them are hard to debug.

Gelid Zealots instakilling because Eye of Winter can spawn all of the projectiles at once inside of you, hitting you with all of them because there are no immunity frames after taking damage.
