Withering presence - Not activating

Says it's a buff. So I socketed it into my skills. I can't bind it to my keys and therefore can't activate it. Does POE2 handles buff and auras differently?

yes, it is different in poe 2. spirit skills reserve spirit and need to be activated by right clicking them in the skill menu :)

Enemy withered "in your presence" it act as an aura... you need spirit to activate this buff.

Thanks. I've just noticed it just when I posted the question. I wasn't thinking about hovering with the cursor over the square skill picture.

It would help if all buffs had an icon when they're active, same with auras. But I'm pretty sure some don't show up in top left corner. There's still lack of feedback to the player regarding activation of some abilities.

yeah, its poorly explained and highlighted. currently the only indication is that the skill is greyed out, i think
