Maybe they don't want to talk to the dev's they want to get in touch with the people who tell the dev's what to do or give analytics and data for those people who use that to tell the dev's what to do?
If you think about it.
Say you are at McD
Say you ordered a Big Mac
There is a bug in it
You don't goto the chef and see the bug fix it
You goto the cashier, the customer experience people, let them know you are not having a good experience due to a bug, they goto the dev's they goto the chefs and tell them to fix it.
Nobody cares reporting anything to GGG. Th3y are asking the community
Then probably they should report it on some streamer's twitch page.
The community will reply that 5M+ players don't have that issue and they should git gud!
That would warrant the fastest response, GGG does everything the streamers tell them.
