Widowhail Crude Bow not working

is anyone having the same issue? suddenly this bow doesn't do the same thing as usual? it doesn't multiply the level or anything its not even considered as a bow since I can't use the quiver.

What if they want to get in touch with a social media marketing person? Or Game designer? Game architect? Game solutions lead? Game customer experience lead?

Maybe they don't want to talk to the dev's they want to get in touch with the people who tell the dev's what to do or give analytics and data for those people who use that to tell the dev's what to do?

You don't goto the chef and see the bug fix it
You goto the cashier, the customer experience people, let them know you are not having a good experience due to a bug, they goto the dev's they goto the chefs and tell them to fix it.

You report bugs on the forum, not on the steam forum. The forum here is for discussion, but mostly its used for trolling and holy war.

That would warrant the fastest response, GGG does everything the streamers tell them.
