Does Radiant Grief Lace Hood work with Cast on Ignite?

Seems like something you could have tested quicker then typing this question.. equip both.. see if it activates..

Even if it did it's only a 100 damage ignite you will get 0 energy from almost everything.

Importantly though.. it .makes things ignited so you can take advantage of extra damage to enemies that have ailments or specifically ignite for free. Noone is use it for the ig ite damage. It's just about the status free permanent status effect. Like empowering rain of fire

How does this damage scaling work? When equipped at Low level it slowly burns monsters, but if a high level character has it equipped and walks on lower level maps the monsters die instantly.
