But i just looked it up, first thing that comes up when searching your problem in google is a thread on the official forum with the same problem and apparently the solution is to use your passive skill point, because the game apparently doesnt let you go if you havent done it.
Or use the uncut skill gem you get in the town.
Using the Uncut skill gem actually did the trick thanks dude.
