Completed Map - Iron Citadel bugged

Did 2 Iron Citadels, killed boss and all elites, map doesnt get the completed status? This borked one of the areas as this node was the only way through.

same thing happened to me. already cleared two citadel but no map completion. it says failed in atlast map

Its VERY common bug. I would like to say its happening to everyone, but im not sure.

it happens with me once.

Seems to be all the citadels for me. Did another iron, two stone and two copper yesterday. Only one we actually died on and failed, but the rest we completed, 0 monster remain. Leave the map and says its in progress still

Happened to me yesterday on a map with a boss, the boss died but nothing dropped from it, i had to quit to menu and load back into the map, luckily i was able to continue and clear the map of rares, i went back to the boss room at the end thinking it'll work if i go back in with the map completed status but nope, i was locked inside the boss room again, boss already dead, couldn't portal out i had to force quit again, even though the map stated 'map completed'

This was after the game got patched, so the patch clearly didn't fix this issue.

Today completed 2 Stone Citadels and both had same issue , killed everything on the map it showed 0 monsters remain , killed boss got the loot and still afterwards showed map failed !?

the same issue there is no mob remaining but still counts as failed
