First of all DeadEye is better then merc in every single way and build. Even crossbow.

I REALLY like WitchHunter skills on paper and design....
BUT

Ward - useless

Explosions - only for leveling . On maps everything dies anyway

Decim strike - same as explosion.

Weapon set - who needs that....

Concentration loss - not needed at all even with 30% boost.


On paper Witch hunter has cool interraction with Physical Low Life damage and boosts creating combos with his Dec strikes and explosions...but only on paper....

Deadeye with same build and gear has more damage, more sustain and more mobility....

Agree. Felt great on the start but after a while in mapping i got to a wall and i saw that basically everyone just playing Deadeye ranger with merc crossbow and skills and its 10 times better. Merc is good for his second ascendancy to play him with other classes skills and weapons which make him just in a wierd spot as a ranger class.
