Waystone drop chance

I'll be directly, the waystone drop chance needs to be fixed, its too inconsistent. I'm talking about dropping waystone for you map lvl (same lvl of the map you are doing), it drops too few waystones even with 200%+ drop chance, most of the drops are lvls way lower than the map itself (and the ones you need), sometimes i drop waystone with 10 lvls lower than the one i'm doing, and that is when it drops, there were a lot of maps that i ended without a single waystone drop

In POE1, you could buy a lot of maps from kirak but here in POE2, That bastard Doriany, only sell tier 1 stuff, and only refresehes his stock when you lvl up to end up selling a single tier 3 or 4.

This is making progressing through maps really slow and expensive (i have to buy maps on trade sites)

Plz buff waystone drop chance (the ones with higher lvls)
