why am i getting no good drops?

im only level 26 but so far ive only gotten like 3 epic gear items, 2 of which were quickly snapped up by other players so i never saw them. the one i got isnt for my class and i cant use it as a sorc.

when will the good stuff drop for me?

The game doesn't actually work like that.

Actually, this is a bonus. As in poe1, you must buy/craft items with currency.

Chaos/Exalted/Divines orbs' are the real drops

But for now you are low level, look at the merchant (npc) from time to time. This may possibly help you.

If you are in SSF, sorry for you, but SSF is a challenge and a completely different mindset. Without knowledge you will not go far in this mode.

Sometimes some blue (magic) will be much better than your already equipped items (this echoes poe1's Ruthless mode).

Depending on your build, of course.
It's above all a game of knowledge, making mistakes and doing s*** is part of it

This is not diablo, game is not about unique/legendary items, specially when you are starting.
Many end game builds use 0 to 1 unique items.

You want to get good yellows/rares.
And at the moment you want to craft them or trade them many times.

the god gear is the yellow gear you get as drops or you craft yourself (watch a video about crafting if you dont know)
also i would suggest playing by yourself and taking time to learn things and looking at items properly.

also there is no item that is for your class per se, you should say; not for your build. again, do not care about unique items too much (the brown ones). some are good ofc but not mandatory for your level.

Don't forget to disenchant items to make some basic currency at the start, too.

there is no crafting in this game. you pick a base, use exalts on it and hope you get the rolls you need.
