SEA/Asia servers unplayable

I'm from PH (PLDT isp) and I'm having issues with latency/lag. Launch was great, there was no lag whatsoever, but recently I've been getting low ping in hideout and high ping spikes whenever I change instances like maps, trials, etc.

I just want to know if there are others experiencing the same as me. The game has been unplayable for 3 days now on my end. Is it my ISP's routing to GGG servers or something else? Seems like I'm the only one complaining in global chat.
