Grim Feast is essentially useless

Grim feast doesn't add charge until it is already charging which makes it essentially useless in a fight because it won't proc until you can avoid damage for 4+ seconds or whatever it takes for it to start. Literally no benefit from this passive until after the fighting is already over.

On charged I have around 8K ES and can take quite a beating thanks to it so it's not useless at all.

FYI, you can drastically lower the start time for regen. I have mine down to 1.8 seconds and in a boss fight It's constantly regenerating. sounds like a skill issue to me.

Depends on how far into the game you are early game with like 300 es it is pretty pointless. End game with crazy high es and hundreds of mobs rushing you from breaches it is broken strong.
