Well maybe don't pick up every single item you find?!
Everything that is not expert in high tier mapping is pretty much not interesting. since you want a decent base item at least.

Just don't feed your inner hamster.

Well. Actually the first one's not a bad idea. It was actually a thing in Lineage II, WoW an ESO. I'd really like health potions to be used automatically. Just make another potion with like 100 charges and make 1 use cost 50. So it's basically a 2-use potion, but it is used automatically when your health drops below 25%. The game should be fun. It's all about grinding, not micromanaging a bunch of stuff.

Identification and item selling is redundant, it breaks my cycle of running around chopping up mobs. Just let the trash sell for 75% and potions have 2 uses instead of 10. Make that an option. Since you like peddling goods and micromanaging health and mana bars so much, enjoy an extra 25% gold and 8 potion uses.

Really? a single click on an npc is to much to ask to identify a full inventory? xD
Luckily ideas like yours will not find its way into poe 2 :3
