lose maps and xp due to dc/crash

im seriously fed up w this ♥♥♥♥ dude. today i started playing and the game just fn froze, so i quickly did an alt+f4. when i got back in i found my character lost 10% xp, i lost the map, and i lost all the modifiers that were on the atlas. best way to start the day no?
COMPLETELY NOT MY FAULT
yet this game and its retarded devs decided to punish me and every1 else for something we didnt do.
the current system is seriously ♥♥♥♥ and im completely fed up how you can ruin such a good game with idiotic punishing mechanics like these
how the fq do you even suppose HC players should play this mess?
since launch you failed to address these issues thousands of ppl have
looks like you got a juicy money raking in selling more than a million of EA of a supposedly free game and you cant even drop a patch so that people can play w/o issues.

I never had this issue. So it's specific and you should report it in official forums so they fix it when they get back.
