POE2 support is the worst I've seen in 20 years
Imagine taking every 2 weeks response from a support ticket... holy crap. Overhaul it immediately. Anyway, finally got my issue resolved but jesus christ!

They took 2 week to answer.
They took a break of 2 weeks.

Presumably, they (people who complain about the same subject every day) work so hard, that they have time to spam the game + the forum to complain.

No, but there are people covering my work when I am away, because I work for a company that provides a product for money that needs to provide support to justify consumers to spend money on it.

People treating GGG like some sort of 5 people indie team is ridiculous. Holidays dont matter when you are a company funded by one of the biggest publicly traded companies in the world.

The servers have been kept online during GGG's holidays.
There have been multiple patches since January 1st.

Bottom line, they don't care. They've completely lost touch with the fanbase and community. As long as you keep buying their $500 supporter packs they will keep putting out low quality untested junk.

But that's exactly how it seems. How are they on holiday vacation for 3 weeks? Releasing a hype train of a game in December and going on vacation for nearly a month is absolutely insane. Support tickets are taking up to two weeks to be answered. Meanwhile, you have accounts getting jeopardized, hard pc crashes, huge chase item exploits and market manipulation. The list can go on.
