I QUIT BECAUSE OF ON DEATH EFFECTS
D4 went through the same ♥♥♥♥ and seems nobody learnt anything from it. In a game that is already a visual cacophony of stuff happening on the screen, dieing to a small blue or red blob casually floating amongst 10000 othe effects is tiresome and unejoyable.

It's not even about EA or alpha or any sort of development stage, it is blatant and undisputable STUPIDITY on the part of the developer.

IT IS FRUSTRATING AND TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY.

I played a couple of leagues of poe1, seems poe2 is only much of the same, so on to the next game for me...

You don't think moving away from every group for 5 seconds before looting, after you kill group, is compelling gameplay? What are you some kind of casual, huhuhuh.

yea, always found those kind of mechanics very cheap and lazy, in any game

if i dont run back for stuff i almost never explode, ontop of playing a life build and gimping myself.

On death effects are dumb. They give the bosses cool death animations which I can't watch after a hard fight because I have to run away. It's dumb, it's lazy and it's not fun.
whatever, but these random one-shots need to go really . . .
On death effects only affect mele characters. So 80% of players won't even be bothered by them. Should have been removed along with damage reflection.
