Can't even pick that up. Tried getting out of the game then going back in.
Still cannot pick up this simple first weapon of the game. How are you all getting along in it with simple bugs like this existing?

Plus there seems to be a barrier that manifests if I don't pick it up, so i'm stuck either way.

mb you got the option enabled to only pick up items by holding the alt key?

No, attack in place is ALT just like in Diablo.
It basically says "Equip Item" "Left-Click to pick up Items."

Yet I do that and nothing happens.
Open the inventory, and try to drag, nothing.
Clicking, nothing.

I can see the item being highlighted as if targeting it, but it doesn't respond.
I seriously think this is either a rare bug or a persistent one. Every time I've tried to play/start a Witch this happens. Plus, since this game does not have a 'Feedback and Bug Reporting' Forum, there is little to do but post here, and hope some dev looks at it, because we know devs have dedicated forums they look at - just like in BG3.
