Listing items on trade should require you to put some skin in the game.

More than anything I was hoping they would copy last epochs trading system, you can list items and it cost you gold and a slot to list it. Then you would log in and see a bunch of stuff sold while you slept or worked it's an amazing feeling and it would be so cool in poe.

Trading this league has been awful so many people don't respond lots of people just relist at a higher price, lots of items seem to be listed just so someone can flex? If an item is listed it should be able to be purchased at the listed price Last Epochs system is so common sense and works way better than poe you could go to the persons hideout and buy from their personal merchant listing their items. It could be so cool and people would be even more excited to decorate their hideouts and occasionally while your playing you would see people pop in buying stuff.

Other note, expedition feels absolutely awful every part of it and it was my favorite mechanic in poe 1 what they did to my boy Rog is unforgivable.

hideouts would need to be server side and always available to everyone at all times then, which they arent.

automated trading is likely to never happen, they want social interactions, because its advertising for cosmetics.

you could just learn to craft, and not interact with trade... its not a critical part of the game.

Current way is fine, it promotes being an online game, where you actually do stuff with others.

Only change I would like is to view items people have for trade in game and not have to go outside the game to a website. Maybe a preview button with it too, so I can try on gear and look at my stats if I had such gear.

One thing PoE2 does right that I'm really happy about, is it has an IN GAME DPS. I don't have to goto some 3rd party for it to tell me my dps.

I agree with the in game trade. Outside website is just dumb.

On another note, how do you activate that ingame dps?

That just means the items and/or prices are not competitive.

It would work well if you could lower your prices after some time passes, for free.
