GGG does not sell Early Access keys to key resellers and there is no reason to believe any place offering them is vetting its sources.

How should I know that, wish I knew beforehand
usually a quick search "is (insert website) legit". Check out reviews and what people say.

Also in the future use isthereanydeal.com
The websites they list are all legit.
Generally the big third party sites are Humble Bundle, Fanatical and GreenManGaming.

When it comes to POE2...buy it only through Steam or POEs website.

All of those third party websites was selling fake keys, you got scammed and Tencent won't help if you didn't buy it form their official site pathofexile.com or steam.

The only thing you can do now is do a chargeback on your card from the scam site, then report it to the BBB and tell them they stole your identity also to help get them shut down faster.
It's not a fake key as I redeemed it and can launch the game I just don't have the approval to play the game

Sometimes people buy keys with stolen credit cards then resell them, then when the payment is cancelled by the real owner the keys become invalid. That might be what happened to you.
its like 4 more dollars to buy officially :steambored:
plus u get currency

Eneba is a well-known site, and if the company that makes Path of Exile 2 sees fit to remove keys from a game that in a month or a little more will be f2p just because they have been purchased on another site, they should learn... The PoEII fever will pass soon... I wish they had been as efficient in fixing the error that freezes the PCs.

It's a grey market website, where a stolen CC was likely used in buying the key originally. Of course they will revoke the key.

Why didn't you just wait until it goes f2p then instead of buying off of a shady website?

you're not getting it....

they are not a real / legitimate key and your site is not a legitimate seller of their keys. you have bought an illegal or stolen key, it is not GGG's fault.

as far as i know there are only 3 places to buy a real key, GGG, STEAM or EPIC

You don't buy the keys directly from them, so they're only as legit as their suppliers who are NOT associated with the game developers in any way. You messed up and supported a thief, and you deserve what you get.

Brother, I have never heard of Eneba.

Any key reselling site is almost always shady af.
You bought a code from a reseller whom listed codes bought with stolen credit card details and when the fraud was reported, the codes were refunded and thus rendered yours inactive.

You made the decision to use illicit means to acquire a key and are suffering the responsibilities of your decision.

Also, PoE2 will probably be in early access for 5-11 months MINIMUM.

stop being salty bc you're bad with money

you can purchase keys of these websites no prob /got a refund and had to buy the game directly on GGG website ( i clicked the link in the message that said: you don't have access blabla purchase here-link )

and it actually just worked lol ( 30 bucks; some package that says "includes EA key" )

GGG already stated listed clearly in PoE2 website where to purchase the EA packs.
The ignorance in this thread is crazy. Resale sites are safe 99% of the time. This guy clearly had the worst luck in the world to actually get something revoked.

I mean, you can say I'm ignorant of you want.
But Devs of games have said they'd much rather we pirate stuff than buy from resellers due to the fraud that happens.
