If you did buy it from steam or Tencents website, then you'll have to wait 3 weeks - a few months for support to contact you back.
All of those third party websites was selling fake keys, you got scammed and Tencent won't help if you didn't buy it form their official site pathofexile.com or steam.
The only thing you can do now is do a chargeback on your card from the scam site, then report it to the BBB and tell them they stole your identity also to help get them shut down faster.
How should I know that, wish I knew beforehand
I have never heard of Eneba and the reviews of the site gives a lot of warnings. Some key words are hacked accounts, used keys, compromised identity.
It would be safe to say your key was compromised.
How should you know? Because you're not allowed to use third party keys on ANY game lmao, that's common sense.
You deserve this.
in theory.. no key seller marketplace is legal for games in the last 10 years or so.
buying digital games is not like buying physical games.. digital games these days say you are buying a license, not a forever copy.
this is why all key sites are referred to as 'grey sites'.. they operate in the light as a black market. and 90% of them are backed by credit card fraud with people buyin keys with stolen data, and selling cheap keys to launder the money.
if you are reselling a physical game copy with a physical key, its less questionable about whether it was stolen or not.
there is a reason legitamate stores, like humblebundle etc, didnt no offer poe2 keys - cause they could not access them.
your rule of thumb should be.. if the proper stores are not offering the game, but the 'marketplaces' for reselling are, its a scam.. dont waste your money buying it.. pay the extra $5 and get a proper key from the right source.
