Unlocking breach skill point

Can we kill the boss on t18 1 time for 10 skill point? Or t15-18 1 time each?

I don't think you can. From what I can tell the skill tree itself has +1 difficulty nodes that buff the boss. You have to allocate those to boost the boss and then off it.
I. e. you kill him, you get two points, you allocate them, boss is now +1, you kill him again, etc.
No idea if visiting a player that's killing it on +5 difficulty would give you 10 points, but I'd assume not. Worth a shot though.

you dont get points for being in other players room. only the owner of the dungeon gets the point.

Sad. You could actually do the atlas progression and Maven setup together in PoE 1. :(
