STONE CITADEL MAP BUGED?

I killed all bosses on the map of stone citadel, i got one fragment, yet it doesnt show as finished. I had this on another map of the atlas as well, where i saw the missing boss outside of map range. Is this known? In citadel however is no monster left, still its not finished and i can not enter other maps around it.

(If i tab, it says 0 monster remain) in the citadel. I restarted game, still the same. Impossible to finish the map.

Atlas has tons of bugs right now, they address all these issues on their official site, they don't use steam at all to talk about anything.
