Act 3 Cruel Difficulty

So after completing the story on cruel im trying to go back and get all the boss rewards but went and killed the bog witch and didn't get the staff drop, is this bugged or is this due to me finishing the story prior to completing all the quests.

Did she drop the 40 spirit item? (forgot what it was). For the staff you receive an uncut skill gem so it's not so important.

I forget what she is supposed to drop but you should have gotten a spirit gem from when you turn the item in (to Una I believe) which should have given you +40 spirit.

One way to tell if you got it is to unequip any item that gives you +spirit and see what your spirit is at. If you got the drops from all of the bosses, you should have 100 spirit.
