Will going back to 23H2 Windows 11 help with FPS Drop issue?
I am playing with all low settings on 1080p but sometimes the FPS drops from 90+ to 30 - 40. There few crashes but that i am managing with CPU affinity trick.

My Config:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: RTX 4060 8 GB
Ram: 16 GB
Game installed on SSD

It might, but in your case going back to Windows 10 would probably help even more.

Turning off CPU cores will cause issues with frames, yes.

Anecdotally, I found that going back to 23H2 made the game run smoother and load faster.

Here is how I got rid of the new update and fixed crashes:

I downgraded to Windows 10, but very slight difference is there and FPS drop is still happening.

Now its either my PC issue or the Game is not well optimised Yet.

Since Diablo 4 and many other games are working fine so i think its mostly POE 2 issue.

Hopefully with time it will be better.

Lol?
I think there a thousends of Steam players using still a 2060 or 1060.
Windows 11 Pro 24H2
i9-14900HX
RTX 4090
32 GB RAM

not a single crash on my end . . .

clearly it is a user issue on YOUR end . . . too much crap installed on your machine . . . incompatible crap which corrupts, breaks, stuff . . . old drivers, bad antivir, bad firewall, bad and outdated router, outdated BIOS firmware, damaged hardware ... the list could never end

i recommend to do a complete fresh & clean WIn 11 24H2 install ... delete ALL partitions during fresh install ... NO recovery, NO backup, NO roll-back !!!

install latest firmwares everywhere, drivers, updates and apps !!

people should ALWAYS do a fresh & clean install for a next Windows major update, as 23H2 -> 24H2 . . . fresh installment !!

24H2 delivers many new stuff which may corrupt with your current system, drivers, software ... whatelse ..
