Bug: Amulet anointment not working.
I anointed an Amulet with the passive 'Frazzled'. Which gives 15% mana regen and 30% more shock magnitude. With or without the Amulet. My Shock status only gives 39% damage increase, meaning the 30% bonus isn't being calculated at all. And I'd assume this might also mean the Regen isn't either.

did you check if the change in mana reg is happening or just assume ? :lunar2019deadpanpig:
