Creek appears to be bugged

Hey all, I did a Creek map today that had the final rare spawn off map. I exited the map and reopened it using a different way stone. I cleared the new Creek map and the same issue was present making me think it's a layout issue. It also appears in an area that opens up when there is a boss on the map. I'll try to post a screenshot below:
