Your character is broken, same with several of mine. Others can get the book, some cant on my account. Doesn't matter how many times you kill, if you kill in a group, if you kill in a group with people who havent or have completed the quest, doesn't matter. Your character is broken, like this game is broken.
open your skilltree it should say you have 24(24) weapon set points in top right if you have unlocked all from the campaign
there are multiple bugs going on, what you're saying is also true regarding the map bug. What Keanu and me are saying, is also true, regarding Ignadunk. Certain characters on accounts just cant get certain quest drops, for whatever reason, and it's not even restricted to Ignadunk to be totally honest with you; because GGG obviously wont be honest with you.
I am saying that there is more than 1 bug happening, the visual map thing, but also certain characters on accounts just simply can't get whatever reward comes from the boss that drops it.
One of my characters has everything completed, has the ignadunk map bug.
One of my characters has everything completed, only 20 skill points, can't get the rest no matter how many times I do the stuff. Doesn't matter if im grouped, solo, or in a group with newbs doing it for their first time.
Both characters have completed all acts 1-3 normal quests / map icons / additional bosses , all acts 1-3 cruel quests / map icons / additional bosses. Both characters are in ATLAS end game.
Or, he has the bug, and is not getting it from something else - which has happened to plenty of people randomly now since launch. Regarding ignadunk, I understand it's a map bug, as I have that same bug on one of my other characters - but I also know some characters just randomly dont get quest rewards and it doesnt matter how many times you run them or kill the boss. There are people with missing spirit and skill points. There are literally screen shots of this from other users and I have experienced it myself.
Candlelight or whatever that thing is called in act 1 also is apparently notorious for never dropping the 1 time quest on-use enhancing reward for certain characters.
If you have 100 SPIRIT when all of your equipment is taken away, you already have all possible upgrades from Bosses. No need to run around!
Yes, we know this. The problem is, some characters on people's account will never get the rewards despite how many times you kill or complete these objectives. It is a BUG.
yes there are visual bugs. try searching old quests. there should be a gold pin that helped locate which one it was. i had the same issue missing Passive points but i missed a quest back in the normal version of act 2 where i had to find the missing girl. there was a pin on the area that helped me find the quest. i hope this info helps.
