Very bad screen tearing while running on 144 fps.

Hello, I just purchased and installed POE 2, tried it out of 15 minutes (that's the most I'm willing to hurt my eyes) and the screen tearing is just very bad, the game is unplayable for me, cause it just hurts my eyes...

Any tips on how to fix this? Is this a normal problem or is there a problem with my HW/SW? I already tried switching V-Sync off/on, don't know what else it could be.
