Death-Effects
Well after playing multiple characters into T16 Maps etc. And i only have some experience in Poe1 , i've got one question ... was it that bad in poe 1 aswell with death effects like , when rares dies, frost explosions , fire explosions , or whatever is there? My Character is literally invincible , but not to those , and they appear quite often and its very frustrating because atleast i , can't see them. You can see the frostbombs sometimes , but nothing else. You walk over to loot because well... why not?

Are my graphics to low so they are not displayed ? does someone have similiar experience?

will admit , its the one thing that edge's me at quitting the game .

I think it was worse in POE1, here some effects at least have some telegraphing. Telegraphing was worse in POE1.

They need toned down for sure, and some abilities like the chaos purple balls should just despawn when you have defeated what spawned them.

Another idea is prevent overlapping of on death effects to where you only take damage from 1 at a time when 6 are on the ground.

Since I've been in maps I've yet to get killed by a boss. Its all on death effects. My build will get nerfed for sure but still.

And imagine others are accepting this mechanic as healthy for the game. That a monster is more dangerous while dead than while alive and fighting you.

these bomb spiders have a very visible effect even with the ground covered with dead bodies, they should use this type of effect to make these explosions and other murderous effects more visible - the problem is not the mechanics but their visibility

Apart from general poor visibilty of enemy spells/attacks, EVERYTHING related to enemies should go away immediately as the enemy dies. Period. There is no fun in running away from a exploding orb when the enemy who created it died 5 seconds ago. Nor is there in waiting for on death effects to go off because you cannot loot without risk of dying otherwise.
Yeah, i'm dead while picking a loot like that after a huge map clean, click, close game.
The very fun thing is that they mock D4 for instance, about those after death effects and being one shot off screen but they did the exact same mistakes....... poor industry, sad.

well yeah , i died since that comment 4 more times. guess to what . Seemed like 90% of the time , it was not visible either to its not displayed at all , maybe because of chilled ground / shocked ground or other effects on the ground or what so ever , but w/e its very very frustrating , dying to someone you simply dont see or can't see .
