Tempest Bell no charges
I am level 34 on my Monk and it have never seen any charges on it ever. What needs to be done in order to get them? I am almost done with act 2 and need it for the last boss there. Any hep help would be appreciated since I seem to be an idiot! LOL!

You need to build up your combo to use it, combo is built up by skills with the "strike" tag (normal quarterstaff attack, tempest flurry, ice strike, etc.).

You need to build up combo, combo comes from successfully striking (so from Strikes, not e.g. Slams) enemies. Tempest Bell requires a quarterstaff, so you can't e.g. Mace Strike. Weapon swapping kills combo.

That was it! Thank you! Any particular cold or lightning skilI should use with it since just a bare staff seems off to me.? TY again for answering my question. GL

Ice Strike works great as you can build up freeze.
