Blasphemy working as intended?

There are many that already noted heightened curse adds some spirit cost even when it's not specified anywhere, but I've also noticed other strange behaviors with this skill.

If I compare the effect of Ritualistic Curse support vs Magnified support to enlarge the curse radius, Magnified Support has more effect, even if Ritualistic curse should add more area radius. I think this is because Ritualistic curse support has the "curse" tag, and blasphemy diminishes the effect of curses, but this can't be meant to work like this. The support is not a curse itself, it has the tag because it's applied to curses only.

I've also noticed there are a lot of supports that have no effect on Blasphemy, even if they are allowed to be socketed, like Expanse.
I understand there might have no sense a support that increases cooldown in an aura, but the skill allows you to put it in there, and you might think you're gaining the radius without the cons, but at least in the stats, it just not working.

Decaying hex is another example of a support not working on blasphemy, even if it's allowed to be there, and you would expect it to work becasue specifically affects curses only.
