With 800 magic find on gear and monster level 82 maps with 10 breaches i get 5-10 divines per map, Ofc not all your maps are this good.
The best way to make lots of money is actually noy to play the game, but just flip currency on in the in game currency exchange. Easy to make 100 divs a day with just 15 min of setting up your trades.
Also most people dont just "find" their currency conviniently laying around.
The way most people get their first 100+ divines , me included , was through trading.
There are many ways on how to make money in an economy like this but as an example:
- Buy Boots Bases with Ilvl 82+ that have 20-30% double/tripple resistance with a missing prefix slot. Slam an Exalt and if it rolls 35% movement speed you got 1-5 divine from it for an investment of sub 5-10 ex.
-Buy Uniques that are desireable by niche builds and corrupt them. Certain corruptions can net multiple divines.
-Lookout for suspiciously lowly priced high end items. Once you got some saving buy them and resell them for 0.5-2x the original value.
-Invest your gold at Alva to buy amulets. They can potentially have +2-3 to spells/skills which sell around 1-20 divines , depending on rolls.
Ofc you need a build that can handle breach .
That's consistent with my findings as well. I got all those super massive rarity boosting items stuffed chock full of azcapa cores, the shield and the armor, and they don't do anything for me when I already had around 100 from gear in other slots.
Only problem with that is, the people who're pricing them suspiciously low are waiting on someone to post the same item after them for the same price, just to buy it up and flip it.
Only downside to doing that is it's great way to find yourself on the ignore list of 10s of thousands of players quickly. Half the ones doing it are probably bots using throwaway accounts.
I did that with level 20 gems the other day, I posted 5 of them up for 2 divs (they were going for 3), and bought 4 of them up for 2 divs, flipped them all for 3.
And then there's the currency exchange. I check for anomalies, sometimes an item worth multiple divs will be priced cheaper in a larger amount of a lower tier currency, which can be exchanged for divs at a profit. It really depends on the day, or even the hour. But, the more you have the more you can make in this situation. I've been capped on 5000 ex orbs for awhile, and typically exchange the overflow, but sometimes I can dump them on a currency exchange flip. I've done this on stuff like perfect jewelers, invitation to the king, whittling omens, it's an easy 1/2 a div flip per item when the going is good.
It's the level 20 gems you're looking for, not specifically divine orbs. I find more level 20 skill and spirit gems than divine orbs, and they're worth more anyway.
My first 10 breach map, I found 3 level 20 skill gems, and 1 level 20 spirit gem, now that was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ haul.
Also, the double corruption atlas mod, if that level 82 map gets bumped to 83, the odds of finding level 20 gems increases dramatically, but it's possible (probably more likely) you get bumped down to 81. I still think it's worth it IMO, because the 3 times I've seen it happen I came out with a truckload.
Breaches are like christmas.
or it at least protects it from getting converted into piles of gold

They should have left it out of PoE 2. All it does is hinder the mods you WANT to get on your equipment just so you can find something besides trash drops.
It has always been a pointless stat that exists to bog the player down.
