at 7.03 blooming flashes.
if so is mostly driver issue, don't think is hardware.
this is i bet nvdia driver issue/not hardware. i saw a few, u can check on flicker poe2 nvdia driver version n revert back. or try turn off dlss n to NiS, some stop its flicker.
but for yours x3d might be the issue as well. something about setting limiter for x3d cpu also solve it.
mostly issues i found create problems are:
windows 11: nope you don't have that so good to go.
nvdia: driver issue
x3d cpu : need setting cpu limiter
bios pcie : not on pcie 3/4.0/5.0 gen3/4/5 max speed.
these 3 are the most common i saw as far since launch day.
im on
ryzen 3600: not x3d cpu
windows 10 22h2 : not wins11
nvdia : i'm on rx580/rx6700xt (both zero crash or flicker.)
my bios pcie: set to auto so i had to set it back to max speed. (i mainly have this problem n solve it in bios, if not game runs max 30/60fps, after switching back to 90-120fps.)
that's about it, hope it helps.
