Yes to this, but Armour only works on "hits" specifically, which bleed is not. Technically you can reduce the damage of the hit that inflicts the bleed, which helps, but for other physical DoTs, (Which are rare, admittedly) you're kind of screwed, because phys resist doesn't exist in a meaningful way otherwise.

There's only corrupted blood and bleeding that are physical afaik, on poe1 we'd use flasks to deal with that, on poe2 there's charms which do the same thing but activate automatically~
Corrupted blood is also kindof a "you need to look out for it" thing to properly deal with it. Anything that clears bleeding used to clear both, so there you go, hope this helps.
You won’t get far with common sense, dealing with these bots.
Won’t even make the effort to read the tooltip of the damage type they are having problems with, yet go to the forums to whine and blame the “bad game”.

the tooltip is when you hover the mouse over "poison" and it says that POISON COUNTS AS CHAOS DAMAGE, jesus christ at this point we need this game to ask for proof that people had their reading classes
Friendly reminder: that person is all over the forums spewing mostly weird stuff, seemingly trying to annoy people, start toxic discussions and whatnot. I blocked him days ago, nothing fruitful comes from answering those people.

Why would anyone who wants to know how to counter poison damage look into chaos resistance to find their answer? Obviously they would look into the poison damage tooltip, which is where the information they are looking for actualy is.
The only reason someone would argue with such nonsense is someone who wants to annoy, not someone wants to discuss things.
chaos resist doesn't effect bleed damage though. Its literally been mentioned several times in this thread that bleed is phys damage. Readings isn't your thing is it. No wonder you dont like POE2
