Think a bit before you add +X% Physical Runes to either of these chat spammed items

+20% to them does not increase your full physical damage
It increases your weapons damage
It's a nice +2 damage to your build sure

Yea, if you're using pillar of caged god as a levelling item, then putting elemental damage runes into them will scale much better. And by elemental damage I mean the "adds X to X cold/fire/light damage".

That will scale with the strength modifier on PotCG.
