PoE 2 or Last Epoch ?

Okay, so i'm wondering if i should buy PoE II or Last Epoch rn ? (i know i should both) Both are at the same price.

I keep hearing that the end content of both games are pretty bad rn. But LE seems more enjoyable for solo playing rn and with more QoL/refined experience.

From reading this forum for a few days, there's seems to be quite a few issue with PoE II rn, like armor being useless, end game content being pretty bad and a broken economy.

So should i just buy LE rn and buy PoE II for February/Mars for when the first few patches roll in and fix things a lil bit ? (I know the game will be free on release but i kindda plan on getting the EA for some skins/coins for stash tabs. Btw shoud i buy the Premium stash tabs for 150 coins each or just take the pack of 6 normal stash tabs ? Or can you get both ? Are stash tab limited or can you go bullocks ?)

Also what with the campaign of PoE II ? (I know the campaign of LE isn't finished yet) I know act 4 - 6 are lock for now, but i keep reading that those act are just a replay of act 1 - 3 or something ? Is that true ?

So it's true, PoE community is one of the most toxic one uh ?

POE 2 imo, it's more popular. Last Epoch hasn't had a decent update in months. They've been stuck in season 1 for almost a year. I have LE, Diablo 4 and POE2, and I would prefer POE2 because it's more alive rn.

Go in blind with POE2, make your own build, learn the game on your own time, you'll have fun. It's challenging at first, the boss fights are like dark souls, but they're memorable.

Well Last Epoch is the only one of the two that actually NEEDS to be paid for.
I'd say buy LE, and after 6 months or however long it takes, PoE2 will be free

WASD and Dodge have made POE2 very unique and players are loving it. The Boss fights are challlenging. I'd say in current form POE2 will bring more longevity.

I think you should try Last Epoch first and here is why.
1. It is fully out with all its content available.
2. The community is small but not very toxic.
3. The combat is pretty fun in my opinion with you being able to build your character outside of number increase. (AKA tree point that gives plus 4 in melee/bow/spell or 4 in health/armor/shield that PoE2 has. Last Epoch has some but also plus leech %, attack skills, combos, and more.)
4. It has a dodge button like PoE2 (A lot of players here love the dodge button it seems so may as well include this)
5. The tutorial is easy to follow and won't kill you right away if you're learning the game.
6. Loot in the game matters.

I am sure there is more, but PoE2 is still good but will not be fully released until next year. Half of the builds you can do is locked away and half the last acts are also locked. After the 3rd act then you'll be trapped doing end game content which is waystones and maps.

Yes i also think the PoE community is quite toxic. Still he has an point, you should decide for yourself.

I havent played Last Epoch so if its better then PoE 2 i dont know. What i can say tho is that i dont agree with most of the negative things posted on this forum. Ive played it since EA release and had an great time. I think its well worth the 30 bucks. Watch some YT videos and try PoE 1 if you havent already. IMO PoE 2 is better than PoE 1, of the ARPG's ive played through the years this is the most enjoyable right now.

Last Epoch and Grim Dawn are both excellent ARPG's and there's no reason playing POE2 means you aren't allowed to play or enjoy either of them.

I'd say POE2 is very good but it's unfinished, and you're more likely to make a build that hits a wall while less likely you will encounter that in Last Epoch or Grim Dawn. There's also more build variety in those games than POE2 currently.

Regarding POE2 currency, most people will tell you to wait for a stash sale and buy a currency stash tab and a premium stash tab. I think on sale they were 10 and 15 coins respectively.
