Got account locked for saying the words "milk jugs" in a relaxed late night general chat.

This is Orwellian and borderline illegal.

Also, the game is ill-optimized for ps5, If I knew how often the game would crash, I would never have paid 40$ for it in this state.

Well you did agree to the terms of service before you played the game.
Chat bans/mute start at 15 minutes, you're up to 24 hours and still not learning.
Most I seen someone complain about was 168 hours (7 days) you're so close

The tolerant left will mass report anything that confuses them or they disagree with.
But on the other end, people just don't care and nothing gets reported.

So the moderators only seem to be targeting a certain group when in reality they just ban the ones getting reported.
