The way resists work, it's better to lower the resists of chars than to up the damage of mobs.
That way you can still work with 75% resists in balancing and make use of overcap, instead of having the cap be 90%.
Or you can also make ele damage oneshot in endgame and make resists useless.
Lack of ES issue.
