Plasma Blast
How do you use this ability? I loaded up the bolt and I click, hold down, etc. and nothing happens. There's no animation, no charge up, or anything. My character just stands there like he has nothing loaded. I meet all the requirements and my standard bolt fires fine.

Yup. He just runs forward and stands there.

Its not working for me either... I load the bolt and hold my left click mouse to charge and I just run around... bugged?

Hold the shoot button, not the actual crossbow skill.

So, if you are not using WASD to move, you have to hit Shift first and shoot in place for Plasma Blast to work.

Maybe you are looking for this option "Always attack without moving"
