Help a Noob

I use Lightning Arrow as my main attack. I have 4 slots attached with the following support gem:
1 - Lightning infusion
2 - Martial Tempo
3 - Execute
4 - Acceleration

My damage for LA is only about 400. What can I do to increase this? It just seems underpowered. I'm currently level 26.

Gear is what you need my friend, to get better damage. / I'm not sure what Class your playing but I'm going to get guess it's Ranged. Passive tree is a huge on damage as well, not sure if you looking at a build as you progress but I'd look it over again and maybe make some changes.

Skill gem and support gems alone are nothing, especially low level.
You need higher level gem to make damage with, but most importantly, you need gear.
You get damage from your bow, your quiver, your gloves your amulet and your rings as wel, not to mention your passive tree, ascendancy nodes and jewels.

I like stormcaller arrow. Seems like it does really good damage. Takes down packs so easy. Act II and III have been a breeze for the most part

cast lightning rod on ground. (up to 4 times) and fire your lighting arrow into it on the enemys. (more lightning rods on ground more damage)
