Trials and Ascendency BS?

I just refuse to play them.
I just quit and uninstalled.

I guess this game isn't for me.
I hate these game mechanics with a passion. I dont care if i can do this or that to complete them, i just utterly detest doing these Trap puzzles.
I'm done, i am out, and ill never come back if its not changed.

Every build in the game depend on getting Ascendancy points, if i have to play this utter %#¤#%//()() to get it i wont play the game. Its that simple.

My review will stay negative until its changed.

Intricate puzzles such as "walk in a circle" or "alternate between two sets of spikes" are a lot to handle, I agree.

Or handle a boss that fills the screen with Fire as a Melee.

And i have killed Melenia in Elden Ring. Its not because i cant do it, i just HATE IT.

I agree it sucks. It sucks needing knowledge ahead of time, it sucks needing relics, the maps are boring.

I 100% can relate. It feels like a chore and I find to be the opposite of fun.

Giving the game a bad review over it is a bit much for my taste but I can get it. It is an aspect of the game that is boring a tedious. The trial takes too long and in my opinion just doesn't fit in the game.

Let's hope GGG will be addressing this because it need A LOT of development and love.

But the "I don't care if you can work around it. Its ♥♥♥♥ and because of the thing you have to do twice in the game, never touching it ever again" mentality is just not worth discussing with ^^

I must admit, those trials arent fun if you don't have a specific build that make it easy. I've done 2 and just quit trying. I'm just mapping for items.

I just hope it will be tweak in future, because at the moment, only few builds can do some content. I won't reroll a stowmweaver just for the cause. Almost everyone one in top ladder are stormweaver.

It's a vicious circle. Peoples are lead to youtube streamer builds that almost everyone is using to finish some contents and those builds might get nerf in future because peoples relies too much on them.

I have around 1.5k hours in poe1 so I knew what I signed for, but... we'll see with new class introduction if builds will get diversify.

Sure i can do it, but i am not willing to put in the work to do it.
And especially because i need to do it on every character.
It has no place in a game like this.

Its just really annoying, and even more annoying to do it over and over after getting killed on later stages.
Every time i do it i just loose the will to play this game.

The moment i put the gem into the stand, i sigh and dont feel like playing the game anymore.
The End bosses are over tuned, and the Honour system is just not fun.
The gauntlet style of play is just lame.

I really dont care enough to read guides, or do it over and over until i understand the mechanism fully, or over level,, i just dont care to do it at all..
In fact i detest just doing it.

So basically you want mindless gameplay you can just go though without any preparation.
Nothing wrong with that.

Although imo first floor of sekhema trial is a joke and you should be able to do it just by paying some attention to what you are doing.

Might not be so bad if it was worth it, but the ascendancy's alone don't seem all that great. The few I've tried don't seem to really feed back into themselves or the class all that much.

No i just want game play resembling the style of game that i am playing. This is not want i want to spend my time doing in this game. I really have zero interest or zero patience for playing this joke of an Ascendancy Trial over and over on every character.

It just wont happen. If it doesn't go away, i wont play this game anymore, its that simple.
