She's killed me more than double the next most difficult boss, and I've never gotten her below 25%. I'll never beat this character with my stormweaver, and she's working with multiple god-rolls. She's simply too damn strong, and I'm not a masochist. Bye.

Part poor game design, part a problem with your build. It might take a while, if ever, for them to address all of the balancing issues, but in the meantime you can do a few things that might help with this fight. Try for better equipment that will help you deal more damage and survive more damage. Same goes for your skills and passives.

I will say this, though. For whatever reason, the first time I face her I was able to defeat her somewhat easily with my warrior. The next couple times, using the same warrior with the same gear AND at a level higher, she seemed much, much more difficult. There were no updates to the game, but it seemed like her damage, and the poison from the soldiers, were a LOT more deadly.

mitoko's current, lightning damage, shock magnitude, you'll breeze through her.

i've done her on a lightning sorc a frost sorc and a crossbow ranger now. if you're really having trouble and don't want to redo a build from frost you can use frost walls for very high single target damage, just slap on smart support gems. you can make them not do ailments and boost damage by 50% cold infuse them for another 25% and use spell echo aswell.

took me 3 tries blind to get her the first time and i haven't died on her since. she is a bit of a difficult boss depending on build

After I understood how fight works my only concern was bugs, minions getting stuck outside of arena, character being stuck outside arena , or inside mobs..
Also boss fights have lot of rng, they do not follow 1 script, you can have 3 hardest phases , sometimes get 1 depending on idk what, just have to try until you make it.

Your definition of skills and my definition of skills are obviously very different, and I have beaten her on both campaign modes on 2 different classes.

I can tell you there's no skill involved.

First play-through was hard but once you are on your second or third character its super easy. Not just knowing the mechanics but more importantly learning how to properly upgrade your stuff with vendors and using your currency. Finding exalted are almost always better spent on the official trade site to get a nice weapon or armor upgrade than using it on existing stuff until you are in endgame. Doing this the bosses were super easy.

She is extremely easy. All of her special attacks are dogeable with good margin. If you are having issues, upgrade your weapon and get some chaos resist.
