Trial of Sekhema token missing after portalling out to town from boss room (2nd Trial)

So i basically beated the boss at second trial of sekhema (the lv 28 one)
Because my inventory is full, i portal back at boss room to caravan
I can't go back via portal from caravan to boss room, so i go via waypoint
But when i arrived, i tried to interact with altar, but nothing happen, the token i used is missing as well so i cant reset the trial
Is there any solution to this?

after the first one, each djinn barya is only single use.

The Trial doesn't mention it but portaling out is forfeiting your trial.

You have to drop a new djinn barya randomly or try your luck with the trial of chaos in act 3.

Okay this is pretty crucial information, that i feel they didn't give a lot of warning how importance the token was.
