is it worth investing time on Early Access ?

Im wondering if its worth it because I heard there will be a standard mode, a seasonal standard mode and Early Access standard mode (if im correct). So we would have 3 standard modes ? it wouldnt be worth it investing time right?

I mean, it depends on how you look at it. Do you like starting new characters, maybe just 1 or 2, every few months with a fresh economy? Or do you want to have a permanent character that you play forever?

The ea will work like past poe leagues, characters will be put in a standard league of sorts as ea goes along, so no progress will ever be lost.

If you know how poe leagues already work then you'll understand.

You would be wasting your time if you played now to collect resources, because everything that happens in EA will be pushed into an EA standard mode on release. Its basically worthless and no one will play it, i guess its just for nostalgia for people who played the EA.

The actual game on release will feature standard and league mode (+ that worthless EA mode).

EA is only really worth for people who want to experience the game right now, want to test stuff out, get adapted to bosses or whatever, its basically a test ground that will most likely change significantly over the next year.

The gameplay is fun though, i think its worth 30 bucks.

To be honest its still a full game if you are new to POE, the story recycles after the first 3 acts to make 6, then you do mapping and maxing gear out etc. all in all Story was fun as hell.

No, just mess around with, try different classes, don't take too seriously. POE 2 needs like another five years cooking before it will be good. So many issues in the game right now, they will most likely delay release another couple years.

What you mean it recycle ? You telling me it's not like Diablo 2 with act 4 5 and 6 ? Just a level up of act 1 - 3 ?
