Move while casting.
You can move while casting.
You don't have to stop and wait to cast, you can do it while continuing to move.
If you don't understand how big of an improvement this is, you're playing the game wrong.
Currently I'm running a caster that has to cast at end game and if I had to stand still while casting I'd probably already switched classes. Instead I can run around and tap my spell button practically maintaining my movement speed while kiting everything.
I've gotten so used to this I don't think I can play another arpg caster that has to stand there to cast again.
