How does everyone deal with inventory?
This is not a b*tch session. I like the game, hate the small inventory and just curious if anyone has found a workaround or a way to deal with it.

I realize the issue is probably mine because I want my loot! I killed for it and even if it's white gear, it's mine and it's worth something, but I am getting burned out on trips back and forth to town literally every couple of minutes.

I'm trying not to get lost in the whole reality that you can't carry everything since this isn't a reality based game... surely there's a bag of holding somewhere!!

I was hooping there were stash tabs to buy for personal inventory, but unless I missed them, I'm just lost how to balance my desire to get some killing momentum going without losing loot or running out of space.

Any ideas??

Thanks!

any item i pick up, is far better to be disenchanted then sold for gold.
gold is not scarce.
I believe you , now make a video how you get gold from not selling anything, I want to see it,
Have seen people coping hard and posting bs , but this is on another level.

you need a video showing you someone walking over the gold dropped by monsters after being killed to understand how picking up gold works?

regalling good blue items early can be alot of extra power

It's a core financial mechanic for the game to make loot sprawl, to sell stash tabs. This likely drives the poor outcome you experience, and will ensure it will never be fixed. It's also a time-sink, and some devs/companies really enjoy you managing inventory as a time sink, as silly as that sounds.

Given that reality, they should at the last provide in-game custom loot filter (like last epoch).

Since they don't, you can try to use loot filters someone else wrote, or learn to write them...although I'm not sure if POE2 is fully supported yet (can you only show certain prefixes/tiers? If not, it's not sufficient). Filtering at least dramatically limits what you have to manage.

Stash ideally should be a list that you simply filter/sort (with presets for currency, etc.). You dump all loot in, done. You want to see items level 1-12 with ES, you filter that, and see it. You don't move tetris items around to different tabs like some tedious management game...it's so outdated.

Good luck. It's very hard to play a loot game, where everything is slowed down by so much (useless ultimately) loot srprawl.

poe 2 loot filter language is exatly the same as in poe 1 so it's fully functional (the dictionary just doesn't have item types that are not in the game yet).

When there is a sale on Inventory tabs, buy more tabs. I prefer the color coded ones. Then buy a gem tab. Hoard items egregiously. Repeat.

Warrior / Titan can have 20 extra inventory slots if you wanna go crazy :)

Loot Filter is your friend
Always pick up trinkets, Always pickup salvagables.
Charms are a wasted slot, get 2 of each and your fine.
Rares+ first obviously, then blues of the gear you are looking for, or blues of gear you know are popular (deadeye gear can be quite lucrative).
I do pickup whites occasionally if it's something I am looking for base state wise, but that's if the map feels stingy for loot.

Press "I" and then move stuff around.

stashes have nothing to do with picking things up into your inventory to sell...

loot filters are available from your account on the poe website.. login, select one, done.
