no assention points after trial

I found a second trial coind wich stated that i will get assention points, after completing it i got no points from it. Not sure if its a bug i was not able to interact with the altar, balbara even had a voice line after puting the coin in like " you brought me another trial coin".

You only get loot on the second time and after. You have to find a coin for the second trial which is in Act 3 to get more points to spend
