Terms of use text never loads

Ive been trying to get into the game but the terms page never loads, also no matter what gateway i pick works, using DC which is around 50 ping.
and theres a text under the gateway that just says downloading..downloading what?
took me around an hour or so to download the game so my internet is not that terrible, so it can load some text.

I have the same problem. I purchased the game on PlayStation and I cannot enter it.

Hey, its working now, all i did was restart my pc. maybe it'll work for you if you do the same
