FPS capped at 175fps?
Hello I have a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an RX 7900XTX and for some reason AMD Adrenaline Software is saying I should be getting an average of 225fps in this game, but my fps is capped at 175fps (Which is also my monitors refresh rate) even though I have Vsync turned off and AMD Freesync turned off in the AMD Software. I have FPS cap turned off in the settings, so i am at a loss as to why it's capped at 175. Anyone have any suggestions?

Chill in Radeon is enabled, the other fps cap in the graphics settings (global), or engine simply has a hard cap for some reason.

Btw freesync doesn’t limit frames, only Vsync does that(to your refresh rate) it just doesn’t work as well beyond a certain range or beyond your monitors refresh rate.

Probably over 10 years, the 7900XTX even beats AMD's next graphics card that hasn't even come out yet (RX 9070XT) It is rumored to be around 7900XT performance with increased Ray Tracing.

thats good, i always thought running rigs with crazy fps like that drastically reduces their lifespan, so i always cap it to my monitors refreshrate. unless u got a 175+ hz refreshrate monitor. vsynced 60hz/fps looks better to me then non vsynced/fluctuating fps above 120. like the whole framepacing looks off

my OLED TV is only 120, I took it off the 240 monitor just to keep myself from going full ham, its a home heating unit at 120 as it is.
