Fragile Regrowth - what is it? Lol

Hey guys, good evening - hope you're well.

I've just picked up some gold armour and I have no idea what it means. Any support would be great please - what are the stats below? what is fragile regrowth?

Item:
Dustbloom Studded Vest

Stats:
Maximum Fragile Regrowth
0.5% of life regenerated per second per fragile regrowth
10% increased mana regeneration rate per fragile regrowth
lose all fragile regrowth when hit
gain 1 fragile regrowth each second

It's just some stat that is tied to the piece of gear
It literally explains what it does

Just read it, it describes EXACTLY what Fragile Regrown does...0.5% hp regen per sec per stack and 10% increased mana regen per stack...How is this hard to understand...

"You regenerate life based on how much Fragile Regrowth you have"
Thats what it says in game. No idea if its flat regen or %. Looks like its giving me +150 regen right now at 10 stacks.

And yes, holding ALT tells you nothing. I instead equipped the item and started reading its effect.

Holding ALT in the game does tell you what you need to know about most things in the game.

It's the lines below "Maximum Fragile Regrowth" which tell you. ALT does not help in this case.

Fragile Regrowth is, as the item describes, a status that the armor gives you - 1 stack per second up to your 'maximum stacks'.

For each stack you have, you multiply it by the 0.5% of life regenerated per second per fragile regrowth and 10% increased mana regeneration rate per fragile regrowth.

So 10 stacks gives you 5% of life regen/sec and 50% mana regen/sec

You lose all stacks upon being hit.

And then you start gaining stacks again, 1 per second, until you're hit again up to your maximum stacks.

Thing is, the item itself tell you what it does.

It tells you that you gain these benefits during fragile regrowth, but clearly this person thought fragile regrowth might do something on it's own, in addition to the perks written on the item.

If the perk was examinable, it would be able to clarify this in game.

He is right, there are lot of tooltips that are missing, most that are in the game explain basics, but they do not explain whole thing, so you have to search information for rest.
Idk if it is the case with this item but I have seen it with lot of descriptions.
